Position Overview: Trusted Staffe is seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our partner, a hospital in Manchester, CT. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality physical therapy services to patients, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and contributing to a patient-focused care environment.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, and implement physical therapy treatment programs for patients.
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Document patient care and progress accurately in patient records.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, exercises, and self-care strategies.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Minimum of 1-year experience as a Physical Therapist.
- BLS certification.
- A state of Connecticut physical therapy license is required.
- Acute care experience is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
