Responsibilities
- Surgical Expertise: Perform a wide range of plastic surgery procedures, including reconstructive, cosmetic, and microsurgical interventions.
- Patient Care: Provide comprehensive care to patients, from initial consultations to post-operative follow-ups.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other surgeons, nurses, and healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
- Teaching and Mentorship: Share your knowledge and expertise with fellows and residents in the Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Fellowship program.
- Research: Participate in research initiatives to advance the field of plastic surgery.
- Call Coverage: Provide support to the hospital's ER, Trauma, and Transfer Center on a rotating basis.
- Required:
- MD or DO degree.
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Plastic Surgery.
- Licensed or eligible to obtain a Pennsylvania Medical License.
- Preferred:
- Fellowship training and post-training practice experience in microvascular breast-lymphatic reconstruction.
