Key Responsibilities
- Patient Assessment: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to identify their needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Care Planning and Implementation: Develop, implement, and coordinate care plans for assigned patients, utilizing the nursing process and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.
- Therapeutic Interventions: Perform skilled nursing interventions, including medication administration, wound care, and patient education, to promote optimal health outcomes.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless and coordinated patient care across different units.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient care following established standards and protocols.

- Patient-Centric Care: Provide compassionate, patient-centered care that aligns with professional nursing practice models.
- Education:
- Associate Degree in Nursing (required)
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred)
- Experience: 1 year of RN experience
- Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure in the State of Idaho
