Job Summary: Trusted Staffe is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for the Inpatient Rehabilitation Spine Injury unit at a leading Level I trauma center in Spokane, WA. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a diverse patient population in a supportive and dynamic environment. We are open to all levels of RN, including RN Residents in the Inpatient Rehabilitation Float Pool Unit.
Hiring Bonus

• Up to $20,000 for eligible external candidates working night shifts.
• Up to $15,000 for eligible external candidates working day shifts.

Shift Options

• Part-time, 24 hours per week, 12-hour day shifts
• Part-time, 30 hours per week, 12-hour night shifts
• Full-time, 36 hours per week, 12-hour day shifts
• Full-time, 36 hours per week, 12-hour night shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to individuals with spine injuries within an inpatient rehabilitation setting.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, monitor patient progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and their families on recovery processes and self-care techniques.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.

Required Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Active Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of Nursing experience.
