Opportunity OverviewTrusted Staffe is pleased to collaborate with a leading medical center in Anchorage, Alaska, seeking adaptable and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join their Nursing Resource Pool. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain diverse experience across various units within the hospital while contributing to a patient-focused and supportive healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Versatile Nursing Care: Provide comprehensive nursing care across multiple units, demonstrating adaptability and a wide range of clinical skills in areas such as medical-surgical, telemetry, critical care, and more.
  • Patient Assessment and Care Planning: Conduct thorough assessments, collaborating with the healthcare team to develop individualized care plans that address patients' unique needs.
  • Skilled Interventions: Deliver expert nursing care, including medication administration, wound care, patient education, and other therapeutic interventions.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with physicians, fellow nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless and coordinated patient care across different units.
  • Quality Improvement: Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and the overall efficiency of the nursing resource pool.
  • Professional Development: Embrace a culture of continuous learning and growth, staying abreast of the latest nursing practices and technologies.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Required:
    • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
    • Active Alaska Registered Nurse License
    • Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
    • Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience
  • Preferred:
    • National Certification in a relevant specialty area
