- Provide expert care to patients with complex neurological conditions, including traumatic brain injuries (TBI), stroke, spinal cord injuries, and complex surgeries.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of neurosurgeons, neurologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive and compassionate care.
- Utilize your critical care skills to monitor and assess patients' conditions, administer medications and treatments, and respond to emergencies.
- Educate patients and families about their conditions, treatment plans, and recovery expectations.
- Embrace a patient-focused approach that prioritizes the physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being of each patient.
- Required:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Current California Registered Nurse License
- BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
- 1 years of nursing experience
- Preferred:
- 1 year of ICU experience
