Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist

Position Overview:
Trusted Staffe seeks a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our partner, a hospital in Bradford, MA. This role involves providing diagnostic and therapeutic services to patients in both outpatient rehab and the Transitional Care Unit. The ideal candidate will have experience in outpatient rehab or long-term acute care (LTAC) settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
  • Provide therapeutic interventions to improve communication, swallowing, and cognitive abilities.
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment plans and strategies for continued progress.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.
  • Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes by regulatory standards.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in outpatient rehab or LTAC.
  • Active Massachusetts Speech Language Pathologist license or application in process.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is required.
  • Master's degree (MS or M.Ed.) in communication disorders from an ASHA-accredited program.
  • Strong clinical skills in speech pathology assessment and treatment techniques.

Work Environment:

  • The position will be split between outpatient rehab and the Transitional Care Unit within the hospital.
  • Collaborative and supportive multidisciplinary team environment.
