Job Description

Trusted Staffe is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) to join the team at our partner home care provider in Glen Carbon, IL. This is a travel contract position offering competitive compensation and benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in their homes, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including evaluation of functional limitations and goals.
• Administer physical therapy interventions, such as therapeutic exercises, modalities, and patient education.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Illinois or ability to obtain one.
• Minimum of one year of physical therapy experience.
• Current BLS certification.
• Strong clinical skills and patient care focus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Details:

• Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Daily caseload: 5-6 patients
• Every other weekend required
• No on-call requirements
• No floating to other facilities
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week
• Orientation provided with preceptor
• Ample parking available
