Job Description

Trusted Staffe is seeking a qualified Outpatient Physical Therapist with a specialization in pelvic floor therapy to join the team at our partner county hospital in Creve Coeur, MO.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and treatments for patients with pelvic floor dysfunction, including urinary and fecal incontinence, pelvic girdle pain, diastasis recti, pelvic organ prolapse, and dyspareunia.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as myotrac biofeedback and medical massage to facilitate patient recovery.
• Educate patients on pelvic health, self-care techniques, and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current Missouri Physical Therapist license.
• Minimum of one year of experience in outpatient physical therapy (pelvic floor experience preferred).
• BLS certification.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of pelvic floor dysfunction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Details:

• Shift: Clinic hours are 7:00 AM - 6:30 PM, Monday - Friday. Clinician schedule will be discussed with candidate.
• Daily patient load: Approximately 8 patients.
• Productivity standard: 75%.
• No weekends or on-call requirements.
• No floating to other facilities.
• No block scheduling available.
• Permanent address cannot be within the local area.
• Pending Missouri Physical Therapist license accepted.
• Guaranteed hours: 40 hours per week.
