Position Overview: The Operations Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring efficient operational processes across various departments within the company. This position combines responsibilities in procurement and project management to streamline operations and support strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Create project schedules and timelines, track progress, and report on project status.
  • Identify and resolve project issues and mitigate risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements based on data-driven insights.
  • Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand procurement needs and specifications.
  • Maintain supplier relationships and monitor supplier performance to ensure adherence to contracts and service level agreements.
  • Manage procurement documentation and maintain accurate records.
  • Work closely with departments across the organization to understand their operational needs and challenges to allow for seamless operations.
  • Maintain and optimize process documentation and/or workflows
  • Train and support teams on tools and processes
  • Support in the preparation and filing compliance reports, maintain records of compliance activities and following up on action items
  • Support cross-functional projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience (preferred). Associates degree is required, further education in Business or Project Management related fields are preferred
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques preferred.
  • Experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management preferred
  • Experience in Security Compliance requirements is preferred
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality support

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $44,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
