Job Summary : As a Business Relationship Manager, you will be directly assisting the founder in managing and expanding our network of key sales partners, strategic partnerships, and distribution channels. You will play a crucial role in sustaining and growing our business through effective relationship management and strategic alignment with our partners' goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the sales, partnership, and distribution domains.
• Understand and align with partners' business objectives to propose and implement mutually beneficial initiatives and solutions.
• Regularly assess partnership performance, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives and financial goals.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and marketing, to ensure partner needs are met and projects are delivered on time.
• Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities to enhance our market presence and achieve revenue targets.
• Serve as the primary contact for partners, addressing issues and facilitating smooth communication to strengthen relationships.
• Prepare regular reports on partnership status and progress for senior management.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience (5 years) in relationship management or partnership roles, ideally within the software, healthcare, or tech industries.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and the healthcare technology market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining productive relationships.
• Strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving growth through partnerships.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
