Job Title: Marketing and Design Manager

Location: Miami, servicing multiple locations with initial focus on South Florida

Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000 plus benefits (Health, Dental, & 401K)

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Marketing & Design Manager with a strong background in marketing and branding within the luxury real estate industry. This role requires a creative thinker who can bring fresh ideas to our dynamic team, thriving in a startup-like, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be adept in managing both client expectations and a design team, with a focus on driving our branding efforts across various platforms and media.

About the Company: SERHANT. is a leading force and disrupter in the US real estate sector, known for its innovative approach to marketing and branding. With a full-service in-house film studio and an extensive amplification platform, we specialize in putting properties in front of a larger audience than any competitor. The marketing department is pivotal in supporting the growth of the company through strategic branding of agents, properties, and new developments.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the creative director, marketing team and New Development team regularly to plan and execute marketing/branding strategies.
• Design, develop, and manage marketing materials and templates, ensuring alignment with business goals and brand consistency across digital and physical mediums.
• Partner with real estate agents to create bespoke marketing materials tailored to their unique branding needs.
• Work with new development team and lead branding initiatives for new developments, from concept through execution, including the creation of names, logos, brand guidelines, and marketing materials.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and revisions to refine and finalize projects.
• Manage the design process for websites, including wireframing and layout, and collaborate with web developers for implementation.
• Create a range of graphic elements, such as illustrations, animations, and infographics, to enhance visual communication.
• Ensure all design projects are compliant with technical specifications and coordinate with external vendors as necessary.
• Co-manage and mentor a team of designers with Senior Design Manager, setting clear expectations and timelines to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Maintain an active role in managing client interactions, establishing timelines, and processing custom marketing requests for billing and tracking

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• 6-8 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on branding and marketing, preferably in the luxury real estate sector.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• PLUS: familiarity with Adobe After Effects
• Experience with web design platforms like Squarespace and email marketing tools such as Mailchimp.
• Experience with project management software such as ClickUp and Asana
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional design skills with a good eye for a luxurious brand image
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage a team of a designers
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to new technologies and processes.
