Full-time employee wanted for successful, multi-physician, multi-specialty practice in the Middle Georgia area. Successful candidate will be a highly motivated, team player, have excellent people skills, and the desire to provide high quality patient care. Medical experience preferred but willing to train motivated individuals.

In this role, you will be responsible for answering phone calls from current, past, and prospective patients. You will answer their questions regarding their appointments and medical needs.

You will need to be able to quickly and accurately answer customer questions. This means being able to survey vast amounts of information very quickly without overlooking anything important. You should also have a warm personality and the ability to provide excellent customer service over the phone. We’d love to see your resume if you believe that you have these qualities.
