Job Description:
The position will work with the functional business groups within Department of Corrections (DOC), Bureau of Technology Management (BTM), and other state agencies to ensure that project implementation, maintenance, and planning is completed for the agency's server and telecom environments. Requires working knowledge of project management along with understanding the concepts of networking, telecommunication systems, and server infrastructure. To accomplish this, the appropriate candidate will utilize strong interpersonal skills, including superior oral and written communication competences and an aptitude for organization. In-state, day travel in State-owned vehicles can be expected. Occasional long hours are possible but limited.
