JOB SUMMARYThis on-site role is pivotal to our strategy for planning and growth in the DoD/Intel Community marketplace. This opportunity seeks to leverage Full Life-Cycle Recruitment and placement, Independent Sourcing Capabilities, Human Resource Planning, and Talent Relationship Management across the technology services domain, including Cybersecurity, Network Support and Engineering, IT Systems/Technical Support, Program Management and Analysis, and IT Project Consultancy. This role heavily relies on an independent and self-driven entrepreneurial mindset that enables operation in a lean, dynamic environment.Job Overview

SUMMARY of ROLE/RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Technology Talent Acquisition
  • Relationship Development - Proactively provide accurate and timely communications with hiring managers and candidates throughout the process, ensuring top-notch candidate experience. Foster and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external recruiting partners. Operate with a sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize, organize, and manage time effectively and efficiently. Drive process improvement, strategy, and development across our business. Foster a collaborative team environment and a robust service-oriented culture.
  • Sourcing & Recruiting - Perform full lifecycle recruiting of cleared and uncleared talent. Develop and execute proactive and creative sourcing strategies. Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand specific needs and requirements.
  • Candidate Screening and Tracking - Coordinate and conduct phone screens with candidates to ensure their eligibility and suitability. Maintain accurate records and notes in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for candidates and requisitions.
  • Sales
  • Revenue Generation: Materially contribute to revenue generation for Vision IT by identifying and shepherding qualified technologists into the organization.
  • Market Expansion: Work with the Vision IT Bid and Proposal Department to execute effective sales strategies, penetrate new geographic regions, and target new customer segments.
  • Customer Acquisition and Retention: Help identify leads and nurture relationships to facilitate the acquisition of new clients.
  • Brand Visibility and Reputation: Execute effective sales and marketing strategies to differentiate Vision IT from its competitors.
  • General Business Acumen
  • Understanding the Market: Grasp market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
  • Alignment with Organizational Goals: Align personal/professional efforts with Vision IT's goals and objectives. Know how the work contributes to Vision IT's success and prioritize responsibilities accordingly.
  • Effective Communication: Communicate more effectively with all stakeholders. Facilitate collaboration and foster teamwork, ensuring everyone is working towards common goals.
  • Financial Management: Understand and leverage basic financial principles such as budgeting, cost management, and profitability for project planning, resource allocation, and decision-making.
  • Risk Management: Effectively assess risks, develop mitigation strategies, and make informed decisions to minimize potential negative impacts on the business.
  • Strategic Thinking: Think strategically about Vision IT's long-term goals and direction. Analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and contribute valuable insights to strategic planning processes.
  • Adaptability and Innovation: Offer adaptability and innovation to the Team. Understand the need for continuous improvement, embrace change, and proactively seek innovative solutions to meet evolving customer demands.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Five-plus years of Business (HR, Accounting/Finance, Business Development) or Technical (IT Service Delivery, Technical Customer Service, Account Management) experience
  • Business or technical education and internships may serve as the minimum experience, e.g., a college degree or trade school diploma.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE
  • Eight-plus years of DoD and Intel community-focused recruitment experience, technical, program administration, or related experience. (Experience can be satisfied by full-time or prorated part-time equivalent). Related graduate-level education may be substituted for experience on a year-per-year basis.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Technology, Human Resources, or a related discipline is highly preferred.
