Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in any healthcare office or similar setting and possess strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently
- Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization
- Assist with filing and organizing documents
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and other office software
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks performed
- Ability to work at the front desk in a fast-paced environment
