Responsibilities

• Greet and direct customers
• Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
• Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
• Lead and supervise a team of Brand Ambassadors to achieve sales and promotional goals.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase brand visibility and product awareness.
• Train and coach team members on product knowledge, customer engagement, and sales techniques.
• Monitor team performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with management to create and implement marketing campaigns.
• Represent the brand professionally at events, trade shows, and promotions.
• Report on team activities, results, and market insights.
• Ensure team compliance with brand guidelines and standards.

Skills

• Proven work experience as a Brand Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role
• Understanding of the retail sales process
• Familiarity with consumer behavior principles
• Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
• Basic math skills
• Track record of achieving sales quotas
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
• Flexibility to work various shifts
• High school degree
• BS in Marketing or related field is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
