Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Project Superintendent to join our team. As a Project Superintendent, you will oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and supervise construction activities on-site
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors
- Monitor and maintain project schedules and budgets
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control
- Address any issues or delays that may arise during construction
- Implement and enforce safety protocols on the construction site

Experience:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and experience:
- Proven experience in project management in the construction industry
- Strong understanding of blueprint reading and construction estimating
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively lead a team
