Role: Product Owner - Salesforce
Location: St Louis, MO (Hybrid onsite)

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Define the product vision and roadmap for Salesforce-based solutions in alignment with business goals and customer needs.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather feedback from stakeholders to inform product strategy.
Elicit and prioritize requirements from stakeholders, including business users, customers, and internal teams.
Create and maintain a product backlog, ensuring user stories are well-defined, prioritized, and ready for development.
Work closely with Agile development teams, including Salesforce developers, architects, and testers, to deliver high-quality solutions.
Provide clear and concise user stories, acceptance criteria, and guidance to development teams throughout the sprint cycles.
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on product development progress and gathering feedback.
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment between business objectives and product deliverables.
Define testing requirements and collaborate with QA teams to ensure thorough testing of Salesforce solutions.
Conduct or oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that delivered features meet stakeholder expectations.
Coordinate release planning activities, including feature prioritization, scheduling, and communication.
Ensure smooth deployments of Salesforce enhancements and manage any post-release issues or feedback.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and user feedback to identify areas for product improvement.
Iterate on product features based on insights gathered from usage data, market trends, and stakeholder input.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Certified Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Developer credentials preferred.
Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, with a focus on Salesforce-based solutions.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and experience working in Agile development environments.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritize effectively.
Familiarity with software development tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile management platforms.
