Position: SAP RTR/FICO Lead

Location: Houston, TX (4 Days Onsite and 1 Day Remote)

Key Responsibilities

• Provides specialized expertise in Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO). Knowledge of other modules such as Treasury, MM and SD is considered an asset.

• Supports the implementation of SAP FICO modules, ensuring integration with other SAP modules.

• Develops a comprehensive understanding of our broader SAP ecosystem by learning and supporting various SAP modules in day-to-day operations.

• Responsible for gathering business requirements, developing, deploying and providing ongoing support for SAP S/4 HANA system.

• Works closely with business departments to understand their requirements and recommend process improvements within SAP, providing high-quality deliverables.

• Customizes the SAP FICO modules to meet specific business needs and manage development projects.

• Manages user requests and support calls, providing prompt troubleshooting and resolution of SAP-related issues.

• Organizes and deliver training sessions for end users to ensure effective utilization of the system.

• Participates in SAP-related projects, coordinating with stakeholders to meet project timelines and deliverables.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

• SAP functional experience specializing in design and configuration of SAP Finance modules.

• Experience in full implementation of SAP FI modules.

• Experience in gathering business requirements, providing conceptual and detailed designs to meet business needs, performing necessary SAP configurations, writing detailed specifications for development of custom programs, testing, co-ordination of transports to production and post go live support.

• Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentations creation and delivery.

WORK EXPERIENCE

• 10 years of work experience in consulting company or within the IT department of an SAP Customer, delivering implementation and support services for various customers.

• Very good knowledge of financial business or controlling processes.

• Strong knowledge and experience with SAP FI and SAP CO configuration

• Experience or knowledge in the integration with the other modules.
