Unlike most consulting firms, we come along-side our clients to help them realize their visions through providing fractional and interim roles (C-level, HR, Finance, Change Management, and Supply Chain), consulting and advisory services, training, and assessments. Duties and Responsibilities:
Collaborates with the instructional designer to assist with the research, curate, and co-creation of learning resource materials (handouts, participants and facilitators’ guides, job/visual aids, etc.) and activities that support L&D with VisionOne High Performance Group.
Deliver effective, engaging training sessions to a variety of clients in different industries.
Ability to effectively communicate and connect with all audiences.
Keep track of the training schedule, ensuring timely arrival at training sessions
Make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvements and demonstrate value of learning solutions.
Explore and integrate innovative learning technologies and tools to enhance the learning experience, measure learning effectiveness, and generate efficiencies.
Lead and deliver key talent programs, projects, and/or initiatives for the client focused on Organizational Alignment, Leadership Development, Talent Planning, Change Management, and People Processes
Delivers training in classroom and virtual/online settings
Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions
Adapt facilitation style to meet the needs of diverse audiences
Encourage participant involvement and active participation
Adjust training content and methods based on participant feedback and evolving organizational needs
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in training and development
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Communications, Organizational Development, or a related field -OR- equivalent experience.
3 years of experience in learning and development and facilitation of training delivery.
Proven experience working in the manufacturing industry.
Strong communication and team-building skills; experience in building rapport with a variety of audiences
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
