Position Purpose/Summary: As an RPA Developer, you will primarily focus on the development and maintenance of robotic process automation (RPA) workflows within Visions. You will architect solutions for, build, and maintain efficient, high quality RPA workflows across the credit union that follow standard operating procedure. You will work closely with other RPA Developers and Senior RPA Developers to share knowledge and best practice, peer review and test flows,
and provide valuable feedback.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years of technical experience with robotic process automation tools/technologies or equivalent development experience is expected.
• Competence in architecting solutions and solving problems from a development perspective is expected.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite programs.
• Proficient with standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines, PCs, etc.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• UiPath Associate or Advanced Developer certification or equivalent.
• Experience specifically with UiPath RPA.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent.
• Experience with Symitar infrastructure or other financial industry core platform.

Compensation Range: $65,000/Yr. - $90,000/Yr. *Hiring rates may be dependent on a number of factors, including years of directly related work experience, education, geographic location or special skills*
