📣 Now Hiring: Human Resources Director
Are you a seasoned HR professional looking for a new challenge? Our client is currently seeking a Human Resources Director to join their team at their corporate headquarters, near Orangeburg, NY. This is an exempt, onsite position with an anticipated annual salary range of $100,000 - $120,000.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform routine functions of the HR department including hiring, pay, benefits, and leave administration.
• Partner with leadership to execute the organization’s human resources and talent strategy.
• Manage talent acquisition process, particularly for technical, managerial, exempt, and professional roles.
• Analyze trends in compensation and benefits; propose competitive pay programs.
• Create learning and development programs for internal employee development.
• Oversee employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
Required Skills/Abilities:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Mastery of the English language; bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Proficiency with, or ability to quickly learn, HRIS and talent management systems.
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent experience required.
• Three to five years of human resources management experience preferred. 
• Current human resources and/or compensation credentials or certification, such as PHR, SPHR, CP, CCP, SCP, or similar, highly preferred.
