📣 Now Hiring: Technical Project Manager
Attention all project management specialists; we've got something exciting for you! Our client, Lighting Services Inc, is currently seeking a Technical Project Manager with the ability to work with functional resources to bring alignment and clarity on client-facing and internal projects resulting in successful delivery of final products. This is a full-time, exempt onsite position with an anticipated annual salary range of $65,000 - $90,000.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive projects from inception to delivery managing budget, timelines, and quality goals
• Identify, analyze, mitigate and proactively respond to project, financial and operational risks
• Implement processes and tools for projects as needed based on Project Management Office (PMO) established standards (document control, scope management, change control management, tracking, etc.)
• Lead team meetings to evaluate progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects
• Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for team members required per project
• Report status of projects to key stakeholders as appropriate or requested for each phase of the project
• Provide portfolio reports regularly to show overall workload and health of projects
Required Skills/Abilities:
• Strong understanding of Project Management processes, strategies, and methods
• Stellar ethical conduct (uphold policies, rules, regulations, and laws that govern our work)
• Demonstrated history of self-accountability in decision-making and supervising teams
• Managerial experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to accurately forecast/predict challenges and proactively mitigate obstacles and risk
• Expertise in Windows, MS Projects, MS Planner, MS Teams and MS Office applications
• Excellent time-management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills
Education and Experience:
• College degree in Project Management or related technical field preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in exempt-level project management role preferred
• Professional Project Management (PMP) certification preferred
• Experience leading high-level collaborative environments and building strong, accomplished teams

• Salary: competitive, commensurate with position, skill level and experience
• Company 401K Safe Harbor Plan: 3% (based on annual salary) safe harbor employer contribution into an account regardless of whether the employee contributes or not
• Medical / Insurance Contribution: 80% employer contribution, depending on plan
• Life insurance: employer-paid coverage of your annual salary up to a maximum of $50,000. Additional voluntary life insurance amounts are available.
• Other voluntary insurances available: Dental Insurance, Eye Care, FSA, Dependent Care Reimbursement, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, Accident, Critical Care, Legal Shield and IDShield.
