RESPONSIBILITIES

The responsibilities of the Client Relationship Manager include but are not limited to:

  • Facilitate communication between medical providers and NMW Law Firm
  • Responding promptly to questions from doctors
  • Compiling and maintaining detailed updates on cases
  • Compiling and maintaining notes regarding each client relationship
  • Ensuring timely updates on cases to clients
  • Maintain an updated database of medical provider information, including addresses and contact details
  • Update Zee maps, a web-based tool for plotting medical providers’ contact information
  • Maintain personal notes on medical providers and their contact preferences
  • Local travel to medical provider locations to ensure they are well-stocked with business cards, folders, and other promotional materials for NMW Law Firm
  • Coordinating schedules and meeting with medical providers
  • Organize and provide detailed notetaking in business meetings and opportunities with various medical providers, including organizing any necessary travel
  • Utilize a variety of technologies, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Assist in case sign-ups, and assigning them to appropriate case managers/attorneys
  • Organize travel accommodations and transportation for clients traveling to Houston

** This is an in-person, full-time position based in Houston, TX. **

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

  • 2 years of client-facing account management experience
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Sales experience
  • 2 years working in a law firm
  • Management experience (5 people)

Desired

  • Experience in a personal injury law firm
