RESPONSIBILITIES The responsibilities of the Executive Assistant include but are not limited to:
- Coordinating schedules and managing calendars, implementing efficient time blocking techniques
- Monitoring and organizing the email inbox, curating priority email lists for review
- Organizing and maintaining files, records, databases, etc. both physical and digital
- Handling phone calls, inquiries, and requests and handling appropriately, effectively managing the executives' time
- Organizing travel arrangements, encompassing flights, accommodations, and transportation logistics
- Overseeing payment of personal bills, ensuring prompt payments
- Facilitating speaking engagements and collaborating closely with external marketing teams
- Managing personal affairs, including wardrobe coordination, scheduling personal commitments and appointments, and maintaining general organization
- Attending conferences with and for executives
- Providing project management support across various ventures, including task delegation to external teams, ensuring accountability, and serving as primary communications liaison
- Developing compelling pitch decks for different investment opportunities
** This is a salaried, hybrid position based in Charleston and Georgetown, SC, with occasional travel. Unlike a traditional 9 AM - 5 PM role, this position requires accessibility Monday through Friday 7 AM - 7 PM, with flexibility throughout the day. ** QUALIFICATIONS Required - Minimum 2-3 years of Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite including Outlook and Teams
- Experience with Project Management software (Asana, Monday.com, etc.)
Preferred - Associate and/or Bachelor's degree
- Project Management experience
- Experience preparing pitch decks and/or PowerPoint presentations
- Paralegal experience and/or experience with contracts
Desired - EOS familiarity
- Copywriting experience
