Major Duties & ResponsibilitiesSterlization
Job Summary: This will be a dual role encompassing office work and dental assisting
Major Duties & ResponsibilitiesSterlization
- Ensures that the sterile room is clean
- Ensures that dental instruments are being sterilized
- Maintains documentation and required logs
- Tracks/Monitors Spore Testing
- Ensures that equipment is working properly
- Maintains logs
- Tracks employees OSHA/HIPAA/CPR classes
- Supplies/Equipment
- Orders dental supplies/equipment
- Tracks usage and expiration dates
- Coordinates equipment repair
- Tracks denture cases
- Maintains equipment log
- Assists in the in-house clinic 1/day/per week
- May be needed in the field to cover for sickness/illness
