Location: 1401 S Union Ave, Tacoma, WA, 98405 A rewarding experience of providing in-home care for senior, active adults, chronic illness, hospice and Veterans. Assisting the clients in maintaining a more independent life outside of care facilities and hospitals; enabling our clients to stay in their homes. You will provide non-medical companion and personal care services, such as meal preparation, transportation, companionship, shopping, assisting with mobility, bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, toileting, hygiene, and other reasonable requests within the guidelines set forth by the State of Washington Department of Health.Qualifications: Required:* Must be at least eighteen years old and have a minimum of high school education or GED.* CNA or HCA license (within 200 days of hire)* Must be able to read, follow written instructions, and document all care given in English.* Must have at least two (2) satisfactory references from previous employers (not family members).* Must possess a valid Washington Driver's License and a clean driving record and carry a current automobile insurance policy with adequate coverage, if driving is part of the job.* Must meet all Agency requirements, including but not limited to passing a thorough criminal background check upon hire and every 2 years thereafter, social security number verification, a drug screen and possessing an acceptable DMV driving record.Should demonstrate flexibility in acceptance of assignments and a cooperative attitude toward providing services
