We are seeking a compassionate and experienced caregiver to join our team in Corsicana, Texas. The caregivers will be responsible for providing personal care and support to elderly or disabled clients in their own homes.

The assignment is Saturdays and Sundays 8am to 6pm, for a male client needing assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and incontinence care, and bed bound care.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and incontinence care
• Turn client in the bed and perform bed changes.
• Remind clients to take their medications
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
• Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, sweeping, and washing dishes
• Provide transportation to appointments or errands as needed
• Keep accurate records of client care and report any changes in their health or behavior to the supervisor

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of one year of experience as a caregiver
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification preferred, but not required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
