Per Diem LPN Home Health, VNA Care

Schedule: Work any hours Monday-Sunday between the hours of 8a-4:30p

Orientation: Week one; attend orientation in our Southborough office on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. Train for a minimum of 24 hours a week(weekdays) for 4-6 weeks in assigned territory. Paid orientation and training.

Overview of LPN Position

Responsible for providing high quality nursing care and personal care to patients under the direction of a registered professional nurse consistent with VNA Care’s policies, goals, and objectives.

Education: Completion of LPN Program required.

Licensure: Licensed to practice in Massachusetts.

Experience

Minimum of one year in an acute care setting or comparable work experience; home care experience preferred.
