Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized and attentive care to clients in a home setting.
- Conduct vital signs monitoring and comprehensive physical assessments.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with physician directives.
- Maintain meticulous documentation of each patient’s ongoing condition.
- Provide advanced care, including G-tubes, trach, and ventilator support when necessary.
- Proficient in providing individualized patient care and fostering patient interactions.
- Skilled in performing vital signs and executing physical assessments with accuracy.
- Capable of administering medications and treatments as per physician orders.
- Strong documentation skills to ensure accurate records of patient conditions.
- Familiarity with G-tubes, trach, and ventilator care is advantageous.
- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN).
- Pediatric experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
