Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized one-on-one patient care and foster meaningful interactions
- Monitor vital signs and conduct thorough physical assessments
- Administer medications and treatments as directed by a physician
- Maintain accurate documentation of patients’ ongoing health status
- Provide assistance with G-tubes, tracheostomies, and ventilator care as needed
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
- Proficiency in monitoring vital signs and conducting assessments
- Capability in administering medications and documenting treatments
- Experience with G-tubes, trach, and ventilator care is advantageous
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Pediatric experience is preferred but not mandatory
