Key Responsibilities
- Deliver individualized care and foster patient interaction
- Monitor vital signs and conduct thorough physical assessments
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical professionals
- Accurately document the ongoing conditions of patients
- Provide care for G-tubes, trach, and ventilators as necessary
- Exceptional communication skills for effective patient engagement
- Proficient in monitoring vital signs and conducting physical assessments
- Competent in the administration of medications and prescribed treatments
- Knowledgeable in G-tube, trach, and ventilator care (training will be provided)
- Strong documentation skills to maintain accurate patient records
- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN)
- Pediatric experience is preferred, though not mandatory
