Job Overview

As a Nurse at VNA, you will provide essential nursing services to clients requiring continuous care, which may extend up to 16 hours a day. This role allows you to engage directly with patients, delivering personalized care that significantly enhances their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one care and foster meaningful patient interactions.
• Conduct vital signs monitoring and thorough physical assessments.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments as per physician guidelines.
• Maintain detailed documentation of each patient’s ongoing condition.
• Provide specialized care, including G-tube, trach, and ventilator support as needed.
  
  

Required Skills

• Empathy and compassion in patient care.
• Proficiency in administering medications and treatments accurately.
• Strong assessment and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license.
