Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, one-on-one nursing care to clients with specialized healthcare needs.
- Monitor vital signs and conduct thorough physical assessments.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments with precision.
- Maintain accurate documentation of each patient’s ongoing condition.
- Provide specialized care for clients requiring G-tubes, tracheostomy, or ventilator support.
- Proficient in direct patient care and effective communication.
- Strong capability in administering treatments and medications as directed by physicians.
- Detail-oriented in documenting patient conditions accurately.
- Experience with G-tubes, trach, and vent care is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Must hold a valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) credential.
- Pediatric nursing experience is preferred, although not required.
