- Monitor vital signs and conduct comprehensive physical assessments.
- Administer medications and treatments as directed by physicians.
- Maintain thorough documentation of patients’ ongoing conditions.
- Potentially provide care for G-tubes, tracheostomies, and ventilators based on training and experience.
- Strong nursing capabilities with an emphasis on patient-focused care.
- Proficiency in performing vital signs and physical evaluations.
- Skillful in administering prescribed medications and treatments.
- Familiarity with G-tubes, tracheostomy, and ventilator care is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication and documentation skills.
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) credentials.
