Job DutiesAs an In-Home Caregiver, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Job DutiesAs an In-Home Caregiver, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Adhering to prescribed care plans
- Performing light housekeeping tasks such as making beds, doing laundry, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, dusting, and vacuuming
- Please note that duties may vary and are subject to change.
- Minimum of 6 months experience in personal caregiving
- Possession of a valid driver's license and insurance, along with access to transportation
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and possess basic literacy and numeracy skills
- Strong communication and listening abilities, coupled with empathy and patience
- Physical and mental fitness to handle caregiving responsibilities, including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Availability of a working telephone with voicemail
- 2 days of classroom training in Dexter, MO
- 1 day of On-The-Job Training (OJT) in your local area under the guidance of a VNA trainer
