Job DescriptionSupport business needs in outbound shipping operations, safety, and care of employees. Create and publish reporting for operations shipments, and distribution center KPI’s.
Principal Duties And Responsibilities
Pay Range$68,400.00 - $102,600.00
The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.

Principal Duties And Responsibilities
- Manage operational personnel supporting production and shipping operations.
- Create, support, and train personnel in picking, shipping, and driving MHE.
- Measure and publish KPI’s for production weekly.
- Create, update and maintain SOP’s for production and outbound shipping.
- Support continuous improvement for production, accuracy in shipments, and training.
- Support the production team, receiving team and overall operations of the Distribution Center.
- Understand the functional aspects and data management tools of BOSS Warehouse Management System necessary to operate at all levels within area of responsibility.
- Ensure all work is done to O.S.H.A. safety standards.
- Prepare operations schedules and assign employees to specific duties.
- Run multiple departments with adherence to written standard operating procedures.
- Perform audits to ensure the accuracy of inventory records.
- Promote a team environment.
- Hold all employees accountable to operate with a strong focus on safety and efficiency.
- Attend all required production operational meetings.
- Experience as an outbound shipping manager in a fast paced distribution center.
- Extensive experience in warehouse management systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple shipments with accuracy.
