Description
- Provide clerical support to the front office and operations staff. Answer multi-line phone system and properly route calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Retrieve messages from the associate call in voicemail box and distribute information on absences daily.
- Greet visitors to the facility with professionalism and courtesy.
- Perform other clerical support duties as directed by front office staff.
- Post general expense and overhead vendor bills for Vista and CPDS
- Review vendor statements and research bills.
- Prepare a portion of invoices for certain customers.
- Perform other clerical support duties as directed by Accounting Staff.
Requirements
Excellent interpersonal communication skills required.
