Educational requirements
Must be at least 16 years or older.
Work Experience
Customer Service experience
Language Skills
Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence and memos. Ability to write correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customer, staff, residents and their families.
Must be able to speak, read and write Basic English skills.
Physical Demands
Lift up to 15 lbs. required to assist with occasional package deliveries.
Additional Information
Must be able to work in a team player environment, multi-task, detail oriented person, organized and follow through skills.
