Make a Difference Every Day: Transporting Adults with Developmental Disabilities

Calling All Compassionate Drivers: Do you have a passion for helping others and enjoy being on the road? Are you looking for a job that makes a real difference in people's lives? Do you have a California Driver's License? (Only a Class C is needed!)

If so, we're seeking a part-time Shuttle Bus Driver to join our team in Antioch! You'll play a vital role in providing safe and reliable transportation for adults with developmental disabilities, supporting them to reach their day programs and return home with smiles.

What you'll do:

• Transport clients individually or in small groups using our comfortable shuttle bus.
• Assist with boarding and disembarking, ensuring everyone's safety and comfort.
• Create a positive and supportive atmosphere for your passengers.
• Maintain accurate documentation of your trips.
• Keep the bus clean and ensure basic functionality.

What we're looking for:

• A genuine caring heart and a desire to make a positive impact.
• A California Driver's License (Class C) and a safe driving record.
• At least one year of verifiable driving experience.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with people of diverse backgrounds.
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible - split shifts are required.
• A bonus: Experience with vehicle maintenance and securing wheelchairs.

• 7:30am – 9:30am and
• 2:30pm – 4:30pm
