Vistex Administrative Assistant is a positive, professional, and detail-oriented individual who will perform a range of duties supporting the Vice President of both Finance and Human Resources. 

Responsibilities:

• Manages the daily activities as assigned in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment
• Assists the Executives’ as well as their management team, as requested with the planning and scheduling of meeting and conferences.
• Coordinate all Domestic and International travel arrangements including booking of flights, hotels, rental car, etc.
• Prepares and submits executive’s expense reports
• Assists with any PowerPoint presentations, record keeping, documentations, reporting, etc.
• Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records.
• Organize and maintain hard files of business records.
• Provides document support, including creation, proofreading, submission, and fact-checking.
• Other duties as assigned.
