Vistex is looking for an Information Technology Intern who responds to support requests from end users and works to resolve their issues professionally and efficiently. This position is responsible for assisting IT Technicians with the end-user computing environment. In addition, the Information Technology Intern will assist in project management and completion with direction from the Senior Help Desk Manager and Network Operations Manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responds to user problems and works to resolve issues efficiently and professionally while developing a good rapport with the user base
• Maintains updated ticket statuses and documents progress on all issues using the company service tracking system
• Manage, diagnose, and repair IT hardware/software, AV equipment, consumables, and other supplies
• Support and maintain the Microsoft Office Suite
• Assist with the maintenance of Security Groups
• Assist with the maintenance of the IT asset list
