We are on the hunt for a dynamic Workplace Communications Officer to manage our internal communication efforts and support enterprise bargaining projects.

Reporting to the General Manager Industrial Relations, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the Visy People team in relation to key activities requiring communications support ensuring our messages resonate across the organization.

What You’ll Do :

• Develop & Execute Communication Plans : Lead the creation and implementation of comprehensive communication strategies for our enterprise bargaining projects, ensuring alignment with Visy’s strategic goals.
• Support Change Management : Assist in preparing and communicating changes resulting from enterprise bargaining, ensuring seamless adoption across the organization.
• Collaborate Across Teams : Work closely with HR, Workplace Relations Managers, and site managers to deliver consistent and effective communication.
• Content Creation : Develop clear, concise, and engaging communication materials for various platforms including emails, intranet, and social media.
