Vita Builders, LLC is Hiring a Sales & Service Representative Near River, WI
and customers to clearly communicate the project details, calculate bids, and update expenses during project changes, so that the customer is timely and accurately invoiced. Occasional service work in the field is also required.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
A clear understanding of the operation of mechanical systems
Ability to read and understand blueprints
Mechanically inclined
Strong communication and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Teams, and Outlook, and a good understanding of the additional
Microsoft Office software
Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to maintain company’s minimum vehicle insurance
standards
PRIMARY DUTIES:
Receive and evaluates Requests for Estimates
Review blueprints and evaluate mechanics of equipment for projects
Prepares cost analysis in ComputerEase and Wright Plan with VB office staff
Work with office staff on each Wright Plan quote prior to delivering to customer on payment terms Reviews all estimates and revisions for completeness and accuracy
Communicate the project’s details amongst staff members and respective customers
Communicate with customers to ensure successful completion of projects
Prepares reports as needed
Develops and maintains cost data, including labor and equipment rates, installation methods and
production rates
Work with Project Coordinator on scheduling both contract and T&M jobs
Reply to all electronic messages on a timely basis
Install and service equipment as needed
Manage projects and subcontractors
Dryer service work during harvest
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Travel and overnight stays as needed based upon customers’ and managements’ needs Subject to weather conditions when at job sites
General office setting, behind the wheel or at customer sites
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Frequent sitting and use of computer and phone systems
Need to climb and maintain body balance on ladders, scaffolding, or other high structures Frequent Driving
