Job Overview:

Vitae Health Systems is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Director of Primary Care Operations to lead and manage the delivery of medical care across our skilled nursing facility partners. The ideal candidate, whether clinical or non-clinical, will have extensive long-term care experience and a proven track record in overseeing multi-site, multi-state healthcare operations. This role is crucial in maintaining the highest standards of patient care and operational efficiency throughout our network. The Director will focus on delivering exceptional clinical care, differentiating the company from competitors, driving growth (in terms of facilities, providers, visits, and geographic reach), and ensuring overall efficiency.

 Key Responsibilities:

• -Oversee the daily operations of primary care services across multiple skilled nursing facilities.
• -Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and operational efficiencies.
• -Collaborate with medical providers, nursing staff, and administrative personnel to ensure cohesive and effective service delivery.
• -Monitor and evaluate the performance of primary care services, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• -Manage and optimize resource allocation, including staffing, equipment, and supplies.
• -Foster a culture of continuous improvement and patient-centered care.
• -Lead initiatives to expand and enhance primary care services in alignment with Vitae Health Systems' growth objectives.
• -Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including facility administrators, healthcare providers, and external partners.
• -Ensure accurate and timely reporting of operational metrics and patient outcomes.
• -Conduct regular site visits to assess and support the needs of each facility.

Required Qualifications:

• -Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.This role can be clinical or non-clinical.
• -Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in healthcare operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within long-term care.
• -Proven experience managing multi-site medical care operations in skilled nursing facilities.
• -Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices in long-term care.
• -Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• -Ability to travel as needed to various facility locations. 

Preferred Qualifications:

• -Multi-state experience highly preferred.
• -Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
• -Clinical background (e.g., RN, NP) with experience in primary care or geriatric care preferred but not required.
• -Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire large, diverse teams.
