Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth flow of quality leads, building strong relationships with our vendors, and analyzing data to optimize our marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Management:
• Manage the queue of incoming leads, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Compare lead data against source reports to identify discrepancies.
• Report on lead volume, quality, and conversion rates.
• Reporting:
• Compile and maintain regular reports on lead volume, sources, quality, and conversion rates.
• Prepare reports on vendor performance, evaluate the performance of lead sources based on agreed-upon metrics.
• Develop and maintain dashboards to visualize lead data and key performance indicators.
• Data Analysis:
• Analyze lead data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Prepare reports and presentations on lead acquisition and performance metrics.
• Vendor Relations:
• Meet with lead sources to negotiate terms, address concerns, and foster positive relationships.
• Review data from client companies to evaluate lead performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with vendors to develop and implement strategies for lead generation and optimization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in marketing, data analysis, or vendor relations.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data manipulation and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Domo).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
