Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Escrow Coordinator at Vital Title Insurance Agency in Farmington Hills, MI. The Escrow Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with escrow processes, order entry and file set-up, maintaining clear communication with agents and lenders, providing excellent customer service, and disbursing/ closing out files.

Qualifications

• Experience in escrow services
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Notary certification or willingness to obtain certification
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment
• Knowledge of title insurance industry practices is a plus
