Job Location: Santa Monica, CA.
Job Type: Per Diem, 1099.
Pay Rate: $180/hr for onsite patient care, $140/hr for telemedicine lab review.
Schedule: 10/9 (8:00am- 5:30pm).

VitalCheck Wellness is seeking a Physician to provide general wellness checkups on site at a private business in Santa Monica, CA. Our office arranges the patient appointments and does the administrative work, giving you the time and luxury to provide clinical one-on-one patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide general wellness checkups.
• Consult with patients to understand their health concerns.
• Advise/refer patients for follow-up care.
• Provide telemedicine services for lab review follow-ups.
• Prescribe low impact and high satisfaction medicine (as needed).

Requirements:

• MD degree
• Minimum 3-5 years of work experience following post graduate training.
• Current license to practice in the state of CA.
• Board certification in specialty.
• Background in family practice and preventive care preferred.
• Background in urgent care or emergency care will be considered.
• Preventive medicine oriented.
• Patient education driven.
• Must be proficient with computers, customer service-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including booster shot).
• Must be able to commute to Santa Monica, CA.
