At VITAL, we provide the flexibility and opportunities to work in our various long-term care facilities located throughout Tulsa and the surrounding area. Our team of LPNs enjoy the freedom of full-time or PRN work, with the unique opportunity to float between different locations each week.

As a VITAL LPN, your primary responsibility will be to cover weekly “Priority Shifts”, ensuring the care needs of our residents are met.

**Responsibilities and Purpose:**

- Provide compassionate bedside care.

- Administer medications and meticulously document therapeutic outcomes.

- Monitor vital signs and maintain accurate patient records.

- Contribute to resident comfort and well-being.

- Collect samples and oversee catheter care.

- Provide guidance and coaching to fellow staff when needed.

**Desired Experience and Education:**

- Possession of a current and unencumbered Oklahoma Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) License.

- Up-to-date First Aid and CPR certification.

- One or more years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Long Term Care setting is preferred.
